Lifetime, if it clicks for you — it's the best value, one payment, yours forever, and it's only for the first 100 users. Annual is the sweet spot if you'd rather subscribe: two months cheaper than monthly. Monthly is there when you want zero commitment. Free is fine to try, but you're capped at 3 spaces, 3 sessions each, and 1 attachment per section — you'll hit the ceiling fast.

Yes. Pro seats cover multiple browsers/machines under one key. Deactivate a device from the settings page to free the seat.
Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in line with Paddle's refund policy and your consumer-protection rights.
